All Kyo-Ani staff. As far as I know, Kadokawa only handles the distribution and copyright; though they may have a say in how Kyo-Ani man-handles the series every now and then. Either way, I think the essential point is that Haruhi 2 sucks. I'll check out your site later. Kyo-Ani merely animates what is given to them. Kadokawa is the one handing out the story boards to Kyo-Ani and that, unfortuanately, is what we are getting. As for Haruhi 5 being a troll, that is probably way more than likely based on the rumor floating around that there will be 6 Endless Eights in all.
