You can read the first entry about this here.

Google deleted the thread asking them to contact me for more information. Admittedly, it had turned into a shitstorm of abuse. They have not contacted me, despite the fact that several Google employees have been active in that forum over the period that it was posted.

So, I take this to be a sign that we should accept that our block is not going to be overturned, nor are they willing to communicate why.

So be it, that’s their right. They’re a company, and can do whatever they feel is best for them. I find it to be a slightly impolite way to treat someone, but whatever.

As for where we go from here, I think fighting this in a traditional sense is going to be futile. I don’t even know who or what we’re up against. WordPress seems to have declared support for us in that they haven’t deleted us yet. They’ve surely received a load of complaints over the last few days, but we’re still here. For that I thank them, and urge you to support them if you can.

You can read the full story from its source. There’s even a neat quote from Charlton Heston about civil disobedience. And again, link page is safe, but the rest is mostly not safe for work or school.

Google has also reported them to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, even though the site contains none that relates to them. The poster of this announcement lives in Japan and is fairly safe from legal actions, but those who work with him are not. They’re brave enough to continue from this loss and they’ll surely do fine with how wide spread their torrents and fans are. I may not be a fan of lolicon of any sort, but I wish them the best of luck and I’m heavily considering dropping anything Google related. Microsoft’s Bing search engine isn’t too bad, I can easily switch back to Safari from Google Chrome, and I have already found myself using Nico Nico Douga more than Youtube. Such content is purely subjective.

I don’t plan on posting anywhere outside of this little comment box on the matter, since it is a dead issue. I would rather this site maintain its neutral stance towards this certain sensitive material, as to avoid unneeded attention and traffic directed towards _me_; and officially posting my bias on the front page where anyone can read it would only work to go against that.

As Jura already knows, I am an avid fan of loli and rape; and support any form of pornographic daydreams from inverted nipples to sex-deprived robots. However, underneath all my free love and good-hearted surreal outlooks is a stubborn conservative. I am not delusional enough to believe something as perverse as loli can be socially accepted during this era of abstract ideas and concrete decisions. So I make no effort to change society or to project my world views on my neighbor. Leave that to a charismatic woman who enjoyed being touched by her father when she was old enough to walk.

I think the majority of the problem lies with stupid people. Emotional sandbaggers and pity sponges discovered through social networking sites they could post about their repressed sexual longings and know without a doubt people were reading. The dawn of the 21st century welcomed with it an expanded reach of the information highway, and more diverse methods of intercommunication between thinkers and the common man. The chasm springing from this interaction inevitably led our”understanding’ thinkers astray. The fact we’re wasting time over seemingly trivial erotic comics, reminds me that people are just plain stupid.

But we should blame the victims as well. Those too weak to think for themselves and shoulder the burden of their crimes on excuses. As of late it seems ‘cp’ is being used more and more as a scapegoat, rather than a cause. Despite the overwhelming number of sexual crimes that occur regardless to the existence of pornography, dirty comics, or games; we’re still arguing under that same absurd rationale. All because some people were molested by their church’s priest and grew up to be irrational adults. God forbid that fate befalls anyone else due to the existence of child porn. Now who is pitying who?

I’d like to say Google is being “just plain mean”, but that’s an awfully liberal approach to the argument. Google is just exerting its power as a cybernetic totalitarian regime to bend the Internet to its will. Silly commies. There, that’s a nice conservative approach to it.

  2. Cuil.com is also a pretty neat search engine.

  3. People are afraid of kids asuming their sexuality.
Homosexuality was worst crime than pedophile, but now is openly suported. While we talk Incest is being defended by many, cause if two people that love themself regarding their gender can be together, Why two people with the same blood cant?
Sex is less a reproductive way than a form of expresing love, so Homosexuality and Incest (cause it doesnt need to be a reproductive relationship) are not the tabu that were in other ages. Then if a girl loves a man twice her age it shouldnt be wrong.

But as many people think a kid cant decide by herself to be with a man then any form of relationship betwen a 15 yo girl and a 25 yo man is RAPE, just as in some countries Lesbian Sex is seen as Double Rape “obviously she must have forced you! look at her she is a women!” the same can be said if you ramplace “woman” with “older man”.

Despite some 13 yo being more mature than some 18 yo women it still a crime, even if its not RAPE. If I manipulate a child to have sex, just as if I blackmail a 40 yo woman to have sex, then is a crime and should be punished with draconian law.

Of course Lolicon is not the same as Pedophile, the first is the lolita complex like in Nabokov´s novel (that it is in western literary cannon) love for young females, while pedophile is unhealthy love for children despite their sex. A 13 yo girl is first a girl and then a child, at that age psycologicaly and socialy she is taking the form of her own gender. An 8 yo child however is nothing more than a child, male or female they act and they see as child firsts and then as a boy or a girl, they both will play with toys even if their choices are diferents.

Banning Lolicon and Shotacon is not protecting the kids, the victims cant care less about this matters. This is not helping but hurting the help we can give to the real victims

For those looking for alternatives to Google’s ‘not-quite-search-engine’, try duckduckgo.com, or the anti-google search engine (http://www.newmediajournal.us/daily_columns/anti-google_search_engine_index.htm).

Like many, though I’m not a fan of loli or shota, I believe it to be impossible to hurt a drawing and I’m getting pretty tired of the ever-increasing censorship of the net, courtesy of big business and Politicians looking for vote-winners.
